An internal one-way bearing provides drive locking while allowing free rotation when the drivetrain is back-driven, producing a distinct change in torque transfer and a more predictable mid-corner and exit feel compared to a conventional two-way pulley.

For correct fit and alignment this pulley requires the dedicated main shaft YZ-631W1; do not attempt installation without that shaft. The part is supplied as a scale RC spare for compatible YZ-W91TS and YZ-W91 platforms and must be assembled with matching drivetrain bearings and the specified torque settings to avoid early wear.

In setup work the one-way center alters how torque moves between axles during acceleration and deceleration, so expect measurable differences in corner entry and on-power rotation.
