Return / Refund Policy

  1. Return Request Required: Customers must contact us at [email protected] before returning any item. Please include your order number, product details, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or defective. Returns sent without prior approval or return instructions from us will not be accepted or processed.
  2. Return Window: Return requests must be made within 7 days after the order has arrived. Items must be shipped back within the return instructions provided after approval.
  3. Return Condition: Returned items must be in brand new, unused, unopened, and resaleable condition, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, labels, and parts. Items that are opened, assembled, used, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or not in original condition are not eligible for return.
  4. Opened or Used Items: We do not accept returns for opened, used, assembled, modified, painted, installed, tested, or partially built items unless the issue has been confirmed by us as a factory defect.
  5. Return Method: Approved returns must be sent back by a trackable postal or courier service. Customers are responsible for packing the return parcel securely. We are not responsible for returned parcels that are lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address during return shipping.
  6. Return Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping, handling, insurance, and payment processing charges are non-refundable. If the original order included free or discounted shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund where applicable.
  7. Refund Method and Processing: After the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
  8. Refund Amount: Refunds apply to the eligible product value only. Shipping charges, handling fees, insurance fees, payment fees, and any other service charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
  9. Defective Items: If an item is suspected to be defective, customers must contact us within 7 days after arrival with clear photos, videos, and a description of the issue. Confirmed defective items are eligible for exchange, replacement parts, repair support, or other appropriate resolution at our discretion. Refunds are not automatically provided for defective items.
  10. Factory Faults or Shipping Damage: If a defect or damage is confirmed to be caused by a factory fault or shipping damage, we will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution. This may include replacement parts, exchange with an identical product, repair support, or other reasonable action. Refunds are not automatically available for factory faults or shipping damage.
  11. Incorrect or Missing Items: If you receive an incorrect item or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 7 days after arrival. We may request photos of the parcel, packing materials, product labels, and all received items before arranging a resolution.
  12. Non-returnable Items: Special-order items, clearance items, spare parts that have been opened or installed, electronic components that have been connected or tested, batteries, paints, chemicals, lubricants, tools showing signs of use, and any item that cannot be resold as brand new are not eligible for return unless confirmed by us as defective.
  13. Exchange Policy: Approved defective-item claims may be handled by exchange with the same product where stock is available. If the same product is unavailable, we may offer replacement parts, repair support, store credit, or another suitable resolution.
  14. Refused, Unclaimed, or Returned Deliveries: If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because the customer failed to complete customs clearance or delivery arrangement, any refund or reshipment will be handled at the discretion of Company Management. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, handling fees, and any carrier charges may be deducted.
  15. Order Acceptance and Quantity Limitations: The products and pricing displayed on the website constitute an invitation to treat only. Placing an order and making a payment represents an offer by you to purchase the products. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, or to limit the quantity of items purchased per order. This includes, but is not limited to, scenarios involving product stock shortage, pricing errors, promotional quota limits, or system anomalies.
  16. Insufficient Quantity and Stock Shortage Refund Policy: If we are unable to supply all or part of your ordered products due to insufficient stock, supply chain delays, or any other reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the affected part of your order. Under such circumstances, we will arrange a refund for the actual amount paid for the affected (unfulfilled) items to your original payment method.
  17. Limitation and Exclusion of Other Liabilities: You expressly agree and accept that our sole liability in the event of a stock shortage or insufficient quantity is strictly limited to refunding the amount already paid for the affected products. We shall not bear any further express or implied legal liabilities to the buyer due to the failure to fulfill all or part of the order, delivery delays, or order cancellations. We shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the buyer, including but not limited to loss of anticipated profits, loss of time, damage to goodwill, or any consequential economic losses.
  18. Final Decision: All return, exchange, replacement, store credit, and refund decisions are subject to inspection and approval by Company Management after reviewing the condition of the item and the circumstances of the case.
