I would like to comment that the whole purchasing experience is great and satisfactory. The customer service provided was wonderful: fast query phone pick up and very polite conversation.
However, I would also like comment that the email response was a bit delayed. Moreover, the payment confirmation was a bit slow.
Anyway, I am happy with Tamiya products and services.
Tamiya's products cost much more reasonable than other brands.
Tamiya provides me a economic way to enter robot world!
