This aluminium rear suspension mount is an aftermarket option for the 4WD YZ-4 platform, engineered for the L5 suspension arm. The rear-side suspension pin spacing on this mount is 2mm narrower than the standard rear mount, a dimensional tweak that changes rear-end geometry without altering the arm itself.

When used together with the front-side rear suspension mount Z4-300LRF and the 1mm longer L5 suspension arm Z4-008RS5, the set lets you adjust overall track width while retaining the longer arm length. On high-traction surfaces like carpet or artificial turf, the mount helps introduce moderate chassis roll even with firmer suspension settings, which can sharpen turning without fundamentally changing handling balance.

For front-to-rear balance adjustments, pair the mount with the 1mm longer front suspension arm Z4-008F1 to fine-tune weight transfer and initial turn-in. This description applies to RC-scale setups and parts only.
