Aluminum rear mount engineered for YZ-4/YZ-2DTM

This aluminum rear suspension mount is an optional RC-scale part for the 4WD off-road YZ-4 platform, made for use with the L5 suspension arm. The RF unit moves the front-side pin location relative to the standard rear mount, shortening the spacing between suspension pins by 2mm versus the standard rear mount.

Fitted as a matched pair alongside the rear suspension mount Z4-300LRR and used with the 1mm longer L5 arm Z4-008RS5, the setup lets you widen track without changing the longer arm geometry. That combination preserves roll traits while allowing a slightly broader stance.

On high-grip surfaces such as carpet or artificial turf, a firmer suspension setup coupled with this mount can encourage modest chassis roll and sharper turn response without spoiling the overall handling balance. For front-to-rear balance, use the 1mm longer front arm Z4-008F1 to achieve a more neutral behavior.

Tuning role and installation notes: intended as a tuning option rather than a direct geometry replacement; verify pin alignment and clearances when installing, and make incremental spring and damper adjustments to reach the desired setup for high-grip tracks.
