Overview of the graphite battery plate

The S4-118PA is a graphite battery plate designed as a direct-fit replacement for the YZ-4S chassis. It accepts standard battery pack shapes used with the platform and is specified to support the B-YZ4SF variant.

Machined from a single graphite sheet, this plate increases torsional stiffness compared with standard plastic holders and creates a firmer mounting surface. That added rigidity helps when adjusting front-to-rear and side-to-side balance while tuning the chassis.

Install by removing the stock holder, aligning the graphite plate to the chassis mounting points, and fastening with the original hardware. No specialist tools are required beyond common hex drivers, and you should confirm hole alignment before final tightening to prevent undue stress on the fasteners.
