The Yokomo S4-002SA is an aluminum main chassis designed as a direct replacement for YZ-4S series models. The hard anodized surface improves wear resistance and creates a flat, stable mounting foundation for electronics, suspension pieces, and drivetrain elements used in typical 1/10 scale touring RC layouts.

As the primary structural plate, the main chassis sets base stiffness and weight distribution. Swapping from the stock material to aluminum changes flex patterns that influence cornering balance and the chassis feedback felt through the suspension. Use this chassis when you want a more predictable reference platform for comparing shock settings, roll center adjustments, or ballast and battery placement.
