YZ-4 Center and Rear Drive Pulley

This is a standard drive pulley designed for the 4WD YZ-4 off-road chassis. The component serves as the pulley flange used in the center and rear sections of the drivetrain, keeping the belt or gear interface aligned and replacing worn units during routine maintenance.

The pulley uses an 18T tooth profile and the same basic part fits both center and rear positions; the difference between positions is the flange thickness, with a thinner flange intended for the center location and a thicker flange for the rear location. Use the thinner flange where clearance to adjacent parts is tighter, and the thicker flange where extra lateral support is required.

Installation notes: confirm orientation by flange thickness before assembly, verify proper seating on the shaft or hub, and check runout after installation. For tuning, swapping flange thickness can help correct minor lateral belt alignment or mesh issues without changing other drivetrain geometry.

Supported Chassis B-YZ4.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The 18T pulley is dimensioned to fit both center and rear locations; you select the correct flange thickness for the position to ensure proper clearance and lateral support.
Use the thinner flange in the center where neighbouring components limit space. The thicker flange is reserved for the rear to add lateral rigidity.
After fitting, confirm seating on the hub or shaft and inspect runout. Verify belt or gear mesh under rotation before finalising assembly.
