This YS Engine YSS1030 kit provides 50 rubber o-rings designed to seal needle sockets in RC carburettor needle assemblies. The bundle gives a ready supply of spare seals for routine servicing and minor repairs.

The rings stop fuel leakage at the needle seat and help preserve a consistent needle-to-seat interface, supporting stable idle and mid-range mixture control while tuning. Because needle fittings vary, confirm ring dimensions before final assembly and replace worn seals as part of scheduled engine care.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the carburettor needle assembly, slide off the worn o-ring, place the new ring on the needle socket, and reassemble. Examine the needle and seat for damage and renew parts if the new o-ring cannot form a proper seal.
