Fitment and purpose

This shock cap and end adaptor is made to interface with the YR-X12 pitching damper assembly, providing a direct-fit replacement or alternate end adaptor that defines the damper's top mounting point and end position inside the shock tower or linkage.

As a direct-fit option for YR-X12 marked dampers, installers should verify thread engagement and seating before completing assembly. Standard fitting involves basic shock disassembly, aligning the cap to the damper body, and checking that the piston and spacer stack move freely through the full travel.
