Right-side wheel differential hub for YR-R12C3 chassis

This is an RC-scale right wheel differential hub made for the Yokomo YR-R12C3 series chassis. The hub accepts the differential adjustment cone and uses a thrust-style bearing where the cone seats, which reduces axial loads on the bearing during cornering and when setting differential preload. That arrangement helps keep differential action smoother under repeated use without promising a specific lifespan.

Installation is straightforward for experienced hobbyists using standard RC maintenance tools. The hub replaces the factory right-side wheel differential hub and should be checked for correct cone preload during assembly. Make sure bearings and mating surfaces are clean and lightly lubricated with RC-safe grease before final torqueing.

From a tuning standpoint this hub supports more consistent differential behavior by isolating axial forces with the thrust-bearing interface, aiding fine adjustments to traction and turn-in on the track.

Yes. The part is specified for fitting the YR-R12C3 family including the YR-R12C31 variant as listed in the compatibility section.
Check and adjust the cone preload as you assemble the hub. Use common RC torque practices and confirm the thrust bearing seats correctly, then recheck after a short test run.
Keep the cone seat and bearing clean, inspect for wear periodically, and apply a light coat of recommended RC-safe grease to mating surfaces during routine service.
