TYPE-C Link Mount Spacer - Quick Overview

The Yokomo YOKZCS37 Link Mount Spacer TYPE-C provides a simple shim solution to adjust spacing at suspension or steering link mounts without modifying link length or drilling new holes. It is intended as a non-destructive way to shift effective link position in fine increments.

Use stacked spacers to dial in alignment and roll characteristics; small changes to spacer thickness can move load paths and alter toe and camber progression in link-based suspension setups. Adjust progressively and observe the impact on handling before locking in the change.

Fitting is straightforward: remove the link mounting fastener, insert the spacer between mating surfaces where extra clearance is needed, then reassemble and inspect movement through the full suspension travel. Make careful, incremental changes and retighten hardware to the recommended torque after test runs.

Because this is a generic spacer, always verify hole alignment and clearance with your chassis and link components before long-term use, and mirror any adjustments on both sides to preserve balanced handling.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Adding thin spacers shifts the link mounting offset slightly, which can influence toe or camber progression and the roll centre; expect subtle, incremental handling changes and tune in small steps.
Trial-fit by removing the mounting bolt, placing the spacer at the interface, then reassembling to check free movement through suspension travel; retorque hardware after verification.
For predictable balance, match spacer stacks left and right unless aiming for a deliberate asymmetric setup for a specific track condition.
