Precision Aluminum Spacer for Suspension

The Yokomo YOKSD300S is an aluminum suspension mount spacer engineered for RC suspension setups. It serves as a thin shim placed between suspension mounts or shock towers and the chassis to change the effective mounting location without altering other parts.

Used as a tuning item, this spacer allows hobbyists to make small, repeatable adjustments to ride height, camber pivot points, and overall suspension geometry during setup. It is built specifically for model cars and other related scale assemblies.

Installation is simple: remove the relevant fastener or mount hardware, fit the spacer where extra clearance or offset is required, then reassemble and torque the fastener to the original spec. Make adjustments in small steps and test the model to confirm handling changes.

Care is minimal; inspect spacer placement during routine maintenance, make sure it does not interfere with moving parts, and replace it if you spot excessive wear or bending. Aluminum resists corrosion but check exposed surfaces after use in harsh environments.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Remove the mounting screw, place the Yokomo YOKSD300S spacer between the tower and chassis where needed, then replace and tighten the screw to the recommended torque. Check clearance before running.
Yes, stacking multiple spacers is a common way to increase offset, but verify the fastener still engages sufficiently and that no part binds or contacts moving components.
Inspect the spacer during servicing for signs of deformation or wear and confirm it remains seated. Clean and check threads and mating surfaces if the car has been used in wet or abrasive conditions.
