RP High Traction Drift Wheel Overview

The RP-6313Y6 is a 1/10 scale drift wheel from Yokomo engineered to alter contact geometry while providing a grippy contact surface for controlled slides. This single-color yellow wheel features a 6 mm offset for setups that need adjusted scrub and a wider track stance.

Fitment: made for general 1/10 drift applications and compatible with common drift hubs and rims, though you should measure hub hex and wheel bore to confirm fit before installation. This description does not guarantee fit to any specific chassis without hub sizing verification.

Installation notes: remove the stock wheel, align the wheel bore and hub hex, then secure with the original wheel nut or suitable mounting hardware. Check for balance and any play before running. Apply threadlocker to hub fasteners if your build requires it and recheck after the first run.

Tuning role: the 6 mm offset moves the tyre contact patch outward from the mounting face, changing track width and scrub characteristics. Combine offset selection with suspension and toe adjustments to refine initiation, sustained slides, and steering response.

Do I need special tyres or glue for these rims?

Most standard 1/10 drift tyres will mount to this wheel. Follow the tyre maker's recommended mounting method and use tyre glue that suits your tyre compound if required.

What effect does a 6 mm offset have on handling?

A 6 mm offset increases effective track width and shifts scrub geometry. This can make the car more stable in sustained slides but may need suspension and toe trimming to keep turn-in and steering balance.
