MR-4 Series Servo Saver Post Upgrade

The Yokomo SD-200BA is a replacement servo saver post kit built for MR-4 series servo saver assemblies found on scale RC drift cars. The blue anodized aluminum struts cut down flex compared with standard plastic posts, and the kit includes matching knurled nuts plus a servo saver spring to keep the original damping function intact.

Fit and role: these posts mount where the servo saver connects to the steering linkage, providing a firmer anchoring point while preserving the servo saver travel that protects the servo. The added stiffness helps deliver consistent steering response during drift setups where steering feel and repeatability are important.

Installation and tuning notes: remove the original posts and fit the SD-200BA struts, confirm full threaded engagement, and lock position with the knurled nuts without over-torquing. The supplied spring still limits shock to the servo, so check neutral centering and free travel after fitting. Small changes to servo saver preload or spring seating will alter steering return and damping; adjust incrementally and test on track.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The package contains blue anodized aluminum posts, knurled locking nuts, and a servo saver spring sized for MR-4 series servo saver assemblies.
The SD-200BA targets the common MR-4 series servo saver layout; inspect your servo saver post fittings to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
Periodically check thread engagement and knurled nut tightness, verify the spring is seated correctly, and avoid overtightening to prevent thread damage.
