DP-series hard coat aluminum rear input shaft

This aluminum rear input shaft links the rear gearbox to the center shaft on Yokomo DRIFT PACKAGE chassis. It is engineered for RC-scale drift cars to lower rotating mass in the drivetrain and to sharpen throttle response without changing gearbox geometry.

The shaft uses lightweight aluminum with a hard coat finish to resist wear where surfaces meet. The kit ships with the shaft plus the small screws, set screw and pins needed for installation, intended as a replacement or spare for the listed DP-series rear gearboxes.

Installation tips: check gearbox and center shaft alignment before final torque, confirm set screws and cross pins are fully seated, and ensure the O-ring is positioned as specified in the gearbox assembly to preserve clearance. Standard hex drivers and pliers are sufficient for fitting.
