RP Ultra Shock Oil - Product Summary

The Yokomo RP-113375 RP Ultra Shock Oil #37.5 is a silicone-based shock oil supplied in a 40cc bottle and marked purple for quick identification. The RP Ultra series was updated to provide finer viscosity steps so tuners can dial damping more precisely without swapping hardware.

As a shock fluid, it provides controlled damping by governing piston flow and rebound inside R/C shock bodies. Use it to tweak compression and rebound for repeatable suspension performance; the purple tint makes spotting this 37.5wt bottle on a workbench easy.

Filling is straightforward on standard threaded shock bodies: drain the old oil, clean parts, refill to your shock's recommended level, then compress the shock several times to remove trapped air and seat the piston. For consistent results keep your filling method the same and check for foam before final assembly.
