R12 Series Rear Link Overview

This rear suspension link set is a direct replacement designed for the Yokomo R12/GT family, made to restore or adjust rear link geometry on 1/12 scale electric on-road RC cars. The R12-21L covers the specific chassis models listed below and functions as the rear linkage between hub carriers and chassis mounting points.

Compatibility is explicit: YR-R12C3, YR-R12C31, YRF-001RF, YRF-001W. These parts replace the stock rear links without needing chassis modification, allowing you to return rear toe and roll-center geometry to factory alignment or to make small tuning changes by swapping link positions when suitable.

Installation notes: check mounting points and fasteners for wear before installation, insert the links into the rear mounts and secure using the original hardware, then confirm symmetrical alignment and free travel through the full suspension range. For setup changes, adjust link placement incrementally and pair with other rear components to fine-tune handling balance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some Yokomo items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The R12-21L is compatible with YR-R12C3, YR-R12C31, YRF-001RF and YRF-001W as specified.
No chassis alterations are necessary; these links are intended as direct replacements for the listed R12 series mounting points.
Replacing or adjusting the links establishes the rear geometry baseline: changes to toe and roll-center will influence rear grip and mid-corner balance. Make small adjustments and test incrementally.
