Wire-type front anti-roll bar for R12

This wire-style front stabilizer is engineered specifically for the Yokomo R12 front end using the standard tread width arrangement. Compared with stamped or solid stock bars, the lighter wire construction shifts front mass distribution while leaving suspension geometry unchanged.

The R12-17C reduces static load at the front axle versus heavier factory pieces, which typically improves initial turn-in and creates a snappier steering response on low to medium grip surfaces. Use it as a tuning option to dial understeer and oversteer via front roll resistance adjustments.

Fitment notes: the R12-17C is intended for the R12 chassis in the standard tread width configuration and replaces the original front stabilizer assembly. Install using the R12 front stabilizer mounting points and the stock linkage hardware supplied with the chassis.

You should notice reduced static weight on the front and faster initial turn-in, which improves responsiveness. At very high speed the front may feel slightly less planted, so balance with rear roll resistance if needed.

Can I fit this using the stock R12 mounting hardware?

Yes. The R12-17C is designed to install into the R12 front stabilizer mounting locations for the standard tread width and uses the existing attach points and linkage hardware from the stock setup.
