Aluminium universal drive shaft for MR-4TC SD WCSP drivetrains

This is an aluminium universal drive shaft assembly made for the MR-4TC SD WCSP chassis as an RC accessory. The kit focuses on metal dogbone, axle and cross spider components rather than plastic items, aiming to reduce driveline play and deliver a more consistent interface between the gearbox output and the wheels.

Installation notes: confirm fitment with MR-4TC SD WCSP hubs and gearbox outputs before full assembly, inspect spline engagement and endplay, and torque fasteners to the figures given in your chassis manual. Because these parts are metal, ensure there is no binding after installation and recheck wheel alignment and drivetrain rotation at low speed.

Tuning role: swapping stock plastic driveline pieces for aluminium components reduces flex and slop, which can sharpen throttle response and make corner exits more repeatable on precision touring setups; expect altered wear patterns and monitor adjacent bearings and pins for signs of increased load.

The product is specified for MR-4TC SD WCSP. To use it on other MR-4 variants verify spline counts, hub fitment and clearance before attempting installation.
Inspect joints and mating hardware regularly, clear debris from the cross spider area, and retorque fasteners after initial running. Replace worn pins or bearings promptly.
Yes, aluminium components transmit vibration differently and may expose wear on other parts; monitor the drivetrain during the break-in period to identify any new vibration sources.
