Lightweight front shock tower for YZ-4

This RC-scale graphite front shock tower is made for use with Gull-type suspension arms on the YZ-4 4WD off-road chassis. At 4mm thickness, the graphite plate is aimed at lowering mass at the upper suspension points to limit excessive body roll and improve initial turn-in.

The increased stiffness around the shock mounting area helps shocks keep their designed stroke under load, letting the front suspension absorb hits more predictably. The design is intended as a handling-focused upgrade for track and race setups rather than a cosmetic change.

Installation is straightforward for anyone familiar with YZ-4 front-end disassembly; the part replaces the stock front shock tower without changing shock orientation and serves as a tuning lever to adjust roll behavior via mass distribution and mounting stiffness.
