This 30cc bottle contains silicone shock oil rated at 20000 viscosity for RC-scale dampers. It is supplied as a neutral, single-component silicone fluid for use on electric and nitro 1/10 scale shock assemblies and damper cartridges, and is intended as a tuning medium to alter compression and rebound characteristics.
Service steps follow common shock maintenance practice: remove the shock from the chassis, separate the shaft and piston assembly, drain the old fluid, check seals and pistons for wear, refill to the target volume and work the shaft to remove trapped air before final reassembly. Keep a record of baseline fill volumes and settings when you try changes so you can compare results.
Tuning note: 20000cSt is a heavy-grade oil used to increase damping force and slow both compression and rebound compared with thinner oils. Viscosity changes alter how quickly the shock returns after compression and how the car reacts over rough terrain; make incremental changes and perform test runs to evaluate handling effects. Results vary with piston hole size and shock geometry, so expect differences between designs.
Handling and safety: keep the cap tightly closed when not in use, store out of direct heat and sunlight, avoid skin contact and prolonged inhalation of vapors, and keep away from children. Clean any spills from shock bodies and components before fitting seals to reduce leak risk.
