Short centre bulkhead plate for BD9 2019 chassis

This short center bulkhead plate is made to join the left and right halves of the center bulkhead and fix them to the main chassis on the BD9 2019 kit. It replaces the longer factory plate with fewer screw positions, giving a compact mounting footprint where space is limited.

Compatibility is restricted to the chassis codes MRTC-BD919 and MRTC-BD919S, so verify your chassis identifier before fitting. The reduced number of mounting holes changes how the bulkhead meets the chassis, so pairing with the correct chassis version ensures alignment and proper fit.

Installation notes: position the plate between the left and right center bulkhead halves, line up the available screw holes, and fasten using the original BD9 2019 kit hardware; do not force screws into mismatched patterns. Functionally, the short plate gives a direct centreline connection while offering a slightly different stiffness profile compared with the longer plate, which can be useful when tuning chassis balance and handling.
