Front mass tuner for BD7 and BD5W

An RC-scale front balance weight engineered for Yokomo BD7 and BD5W on-road chassis layouts. The component mounts to the front section to shift mass ahead of the axle, letting you refine steering feel and corner entry grip without changing suspension geometry.

The kit contains two pieces, left and right, each 15g as stated by the source. Fit the pair to the designated front mounting points on BD5W and BD7 front assemblies; always confirm clearance and steering movement before final tightening to avoid interference with linkages or shock parts.

Use these weights for small, incremental front bias adjustments to address understeer or to stabilise the chassis during entry. Install them symmetrically for an overall front bias, or remove or swap a single side during setup checks to compare handling changes.
