Overview of the centre universal bone for YZ-4SF

This 63.5mm centre universal bone is intended for the front side of the centre drive on the YZ-4SF chassis. Made from aluminium with a 70-75 hardness rating, the part is offered as a lighter alternative to standard steel components for RC scale use. Its purpose is concentrated on the centre drive path where reduced rotating mass can influence throttle response and running time.

The component is supplied as a single item. When replacing the original centre link, confirm fitment on the YZ-4SF and inspect mating interfaces for correct clearance and engagement. The design aims to balance durability with reduced inertia rather than serving as structural reinforcement beyond typical RC upgrade expectations.

Remove the original centre link and verify the orientation for the front side of the centre drive. Fit the 63.5mm aluminium piece, check engagement with mating splines or interfaces, and confirm there is sufficient clearance before running the vehicle.
Most installations use the existing hardware from the original centre link. Inspect the original fasteners and replace any that are worn, but special or proprietary bolts are not normally required.
The part primarily reduces rotating mass and should not alter centre drive geometry significantly. Still, check for any new vibration or binding and confirm proper engagement after installation.
