Aluminum Front Shock Bodies Built for Faster XB8 Runs

For drivers aiming to extract more performance from their XRAY XB8, the -2mm Aluminum Front Shock Body set fits the lower position on the shock tower and sharpens handling on fast circuits. Made from premium 7075 T6 aluminum, these bodies deliver a strong yet lightweight option for competitive racing.

Big-Bore Geometry for Smoother Damping

The oversized big-bore layout uses an 18.5mm outer diameter and a 16.0mm inner diameter to give ample oil volume for controlled rebounds. External fine threading lets you dial in spring preload precisely so the car reacts as you expect on high-speed straights and sweeping corners. The titanium finish also provides a clean, professional look.

CNC Precision for Consistent Performance

Each shock body is CNC-machined to tight tolerances using advanced German CNC processes to ensure parts repeatability under race stress. The set contains two shock bodies, making installation a straightforward swap when you want to move to a lower shock tower position on your XB8.

Remark :

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
These units are intended for the lower position on the dual-position shock tower; using them in the upper location will change ride height and leverage and is not the recommended application.
Start with the spring rate you normally run and reduce shock oil by one grade to increase responsiveness. Fine-tune by track testing to match your line and surface grip.
Use a soft-jawed spanner and back off the preload gently after cleaning threads. Light grease on threads helps prevent galling during frequent adjustments.
Seals are shared with standard big-bore assemblies for the XB8; check parts lists for compatible O-rings and bushings when planning spares.
