Rear Chassis Brace for XRAY X12'19

The XRAY X12'19 Rear Brace is made from 2.5mm graphite and precision CNC machined to balance flex and strength. It is engineered to absorb impacts while keeping the rear pod true, helping to cut down on tweak and improve consistency lap to lap.

Battery Retention with O-Ring Grooves

This brace features dedicated grooves for an O-ring battery mount so the pack stays locked in place without relying on tape. The arrangement makes battery swaps quick and keeps the pack stable under hard acceleration and braking.

Centreline Weight Bias

The slim profile of the rear link brace shifts mass closer to the chassis centreline, lowering the centre of gravity for crisper handling. The brace also provides solid support for side tubes, side springs, and body posts to maintain alignment during running.

What tools do I need to fit the rear brace?

Basic hand tools are enough: hex drivers to remove the rear pod screws and a torque feel to retighten. No special presses are required thanks to the CNC fit.

Will the O-ring slots hold my lithium pack securely?

Yes, the grooves are shaped to work with typical O-ring battery retainers and keep the pack from shifting without tape, while still allowing easy removal.

Can I run this brace on different track surfaces?

The 2.5mm graphite balance suits a range of surfaces from grippy indoor carpet to medium grip outdoor tarmac, providing predictable feedback in most conditions.
