RX8 Front One-Way Pulley Overview

This front ONE-WAY axle pulley is a direct-fit replacement for XRAY RX8 belt chassis systems. The component emphasises durability and consistent drivetrain behaviour through considered machining rather than cosmetic changes.

Made from 7075 aluminium with a hardcoat surface, the pulley delivers a low mass solution with increased wear resistance for regular track use. Perforations in the pulley sidewalls allow debris and friction particles to exit the contact zone, helping to reduce belt contamination during sessions.

The pulley installs in the RX8 front one-way location and acts as a rotating element within the belt route. During fitment check axial alignment and ensure the pulley turns freely under load; final setup should concentrate on correct belt tension and mesh instead of altering the pulley.
