This aluminium rear shock tower is a replacement mount made to fit the XRAY NT1 chassis and designed for rear suspension use. The red finish replaces the factory piece to give a firmer mounting point for the rear shocks and to support straightforward setup adjustments without changing other suspension components.

Fitting is simple for hobbyists experienced with 1/10 on-road cars: remove the stock rear tower, reuse existing screws and spacers where they match, and secure the new mount in the original locations. No specialist tools are needed beyond standard hex drivers, and the mount accepts the same shock screw pattern used on the NT1 rear assembly.

From a tuning perspective this component provides a more stable shock-top reference rather than altering shock internals.
