Can these arms be fitted to the rear of the car?

No. This set is manufactured for front upper arm duties and is not intended for rear suspension use.

How will handling change after installation?

Expect sharper turn-in and improved corner precision due to the reduced caster; you may want to recheck toe and front settings after fitting.

Do these arms need extra upkeep compared to stock parts?

Regular checks for secure fastenings and wear are advised, but the harder composite is chosen to give improved service life versus softer original arms.
