Aluminium shock body built for XRAY XII Link

Boost handling on your XRAY XII Link with this precisely made aluminium side shock body. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium, it delivers excellent strength and rigidity while the hardcoated surface ensures super-smooth, bind-free action for accurate damping and consistent setup changes.

Precision CNC production for consistent movement

These shock bodies are CNC-turned on German long-turn machines to tight tolerances, then checked by robotic inspection systems. The robotic checks pay special attention to the inner diameter to guarantee even shock piston travel and repeatable damping performance.

Controlled hardcoat process and final caliper check

Finished on XRAY's robotic colorcoating line, each unit receives a black hardcoat applied from a custom-mixed fluid for a uniform protective layer. After coating, every item is hand-checked with high-precision calipers to confirm dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
