The plates mount to the rear link brace and chassis with aluminium posts and give three distinct flex settings so you can dial in stiffness for different track layouts and surface grip levels.

Switch the aluminium post position as shown in the chassis manual to select the stiffer or softer brace orientation. Small changes in position noticeably alter chassis response.

Yes, the necessary aluminium mounting posts are supplied so you can fit the braces without needing extra hardware.

Will these affect ride height or ground clearance?

The braces sit close to the chassis and have minimal impact on ride height, but changing chassis stiffness can change how the car settles over bumps and curbs.
