Precision Left Rear Bulkhead for XRAY X1'20

Built as a direct upgrade for the X1'20 lineup, the XRAY 373027 Aluminum Rear Bulkhead - Left is CNC machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum for reliable strength and consistent fit. The part receives a black protective coating and is finished to tight tolerances for track-ready durability.

Reworked Geometry for Better Setup Control

The bulkhead is designed to work with the independent wing mount system and allows the differential to sit 0.5mm lower, giving you more fine tuning room for ride height settings. The thicker sections around high-stress zones reduce the chance of bending during impacts.

Weight-Sensitive Machining to Improve Balance

Material is selectively removed to save grams without sacrificing stiffness, lowering the centre of gravity and helping the car rotate more predictably through corners.

Shim-Based Ride Height Tuning in 0.25mm Steps

Adjustments are fast and precise thanks to the shim interface between the bulkhead and upper clamp, which enables 0.25mm incremental changes without disassembly. This gives finer control than the older 0.5mm steps.

This part is made specifically for the XRAY X1'20 series and is intended to be used alongside the right rear bulkhead #373017 for correct assembly.
The bulkhead is manufactured from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminium and given a black protective coating to resist wear and maintain a neat appearance.
Inspect the bulkhead for bends or cracks after hard impacts, clean mating surfaces, and replace if any deformation affects ride height or clamp alignment.
