Race-Grade Precision from XRAY 365725

The XRAY 365725 Aluminum Pinion Gear is built for racers who demand precise gear engagement and reliable performance. Machined from high-grade 7075 T6 aluminum and given a hard coating, this 25-tooth pinion balances light weight with enhanced wear resistance to meet the rigours of competitive 1/10 scale racing. Its tooth profile is cut on advanced gear machinery to ensure true running and lower drivetrain vibration.

Durable Yet Light for Competitive Use

This pinion delivers a strong but lightweight solution when you need to refine gear ratios without adding unnecessary mass. The hard coating improves surface toughness to resist wear during repeated race sessions, helping preserve tooth geometry and shifting consistency.

Marked Tooth Count and Flexible Sizing

Each pinion is clearly etched with its tooth count to speed up gear selection in the pits. XRAY offers the 25T and other sizes so you can dial in the best ratio for track layout and motor setup, improving both acceleration and top speed control.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
The XRAY 365725 fits most 1/10 scale motors with the correct shaft diameter. Check your motor shaft size and any included set screw or clamp style for compatibility.
The hard coating increases surface hardness and wear resistance, so teeth hold their profile longer under high loads and repeated impacts during competitive driving.
Ensure correct mesh and alignment, tighten set screws to spec, and run a few light sessions to seat the gears before pushing full power. Regular inspection of tooth wear is recommended.
