Rear Bias Upgrade with XRAY 361179 Brass Weight

The XRAY 361179 Brass Rear Chassis Brace Weight is a precision-machined brass insert designed to replace the composite lower rear brace and mount directly to the chassis. By concentrating mass at the rear it lowers the center of gravity and helps the car rotate more predictably through corners.

Fitting Notes

To fit the XRAY 361179 you remove the stock composite rear lower brace and install the brass unit at the factory mounting points. Ensure fasteners are tightened to spec and check clearances so the added mass does not interfere with suspension movement or electronics.

Why Racers Use Brass Braces

This component is intended to fine tune weight distribution rather than just add ballast. A rear-biased setup from the brass brace can deliver improved mid-corner stability, reduced roll and better traction under acceleration when combined with proper suspension setup.
