Precision 7075 Chassis for XB4 Tuning

Get more control from your XB4 with the XRAY 361113 aluminum chassis, engineered for adjustable setup options and long service life. It offers selectable standard or short rear transmission positions so you can tune handling for high-traction or low-traction conditions.

Tuned Geometry for Improved Handling

Multiple side guard mounting points let you alter chassis stiffness and fine tune flex. Symmetrical flex behaviour and several battery locations enable precise weight distribution adjustments to balance traction, steering and stability. The chassis is machined to give extra clearance under the bulkheads to support diff height tuning and fits XB4'23-24 models.

Built for Long Life and Lightweight Strength

Made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum at 2.0mm thickness and CNC machined to reduce unnecessary mass, this plate keeps strength where it counts. Strategic lightening in low stress areas and a protective black finish extend durability for frequent club and race use.

How does switching the transmission position change handling?

Moving between standard and short rear transmission alters the drivetrain leverage and weight bias, which changes rotation and straight line stability; pick short for quicker turn in and standard for more rear traction.

Will I need special tools to install this chassis?

Installation uses common hex drivers and the existing XB4 hardware; the chassis is designed to work with standard mounting hardware for XB4'23-24 so no bespoke tools are required.

Can I change battery location to alter balance?

Yes, the multiple battery positions allow you to shift mass fore or aft to reduce understeer or increase front grip depending on the track layout.
