Precision Machined XRAY 361103 Chassis for Improved Handling

The XRAY 361103 Aluminum Chassis is manufactured from 3mm Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum to give vintage XB series cars a stiffer, lighter base. Its precision machining focuses mass where needed to keep weight down while retaining structural strength, making it suited to high traction layouts and tighter cornering.

Lightweight Structure with Durable Construction

Carefully machined reliefs reduce weight in non critical zones, offering a good balance between durability and agility. The solid build stands up to racing stresses, and occasional minor cracking around cutouts is expected from material tension and does not compromise function or longevity.

Compatibility Notes and Practical Tips

Made to fit older XB series variants, this chassis pairs well with optional graphite body mounts for easier body attachment. Slight longitudinal bending can appear due to the nature of the alloy and machining; this is normal and generally does not affect on-track performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is designed for older XB series models, but exact fit can vary by revision. Check major mounting points against your chassis plate before final installation.
We recommend using graphite body mounts for a secure fit and minimal added weight. Align mounts to factory holes and confirm clearance for servo and battery areas.
Small surface cracks near openings are common from stress relief during machining and do not usually affect chassis integrity or track reliability.
