CNC-Machined 7075 T6 Chassis for Older XB Models

The XRAY 361102 Aluminum Chassis is a precision 2mm plate designed for earlier XB series vehicles. Crafted from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum and CNC-machined, it keeps chassis stiffness high while delivering consistent weight distribution. Countersunk screw holes give a smooth underside to cut drag and tidy up airflow beneath the car.

Material Behaviour and Service Notes

Swiss 7075 T6 is very rigid, and users may see small surface cracks near holes or edges after hardcoating; this is a normal effect from material tension and does not reduce functional strength. Minor longitudinal bends can also appear from machining and handling; these are typical and do not impair performance when fitted correctly.
