Material Notes and Service Tips

Swiss 7075 T6 is chosen for its high strength, but the hardcoating process can sometimes produce tiny fissures near high-stress cutouts or edges. These cosmetic marks do not reduce performance. Minor longitudinal bend can occur from machining and is normal; it does not indicate failure.

Small bends from machining are normal. Light, controlled bending with a flat surface and clamps can help, but avoid aggressive heat as it may alter tempering. If in doubt, consult a specialist.
