XRAY 358225 Race-Ready Rear Shock Bodies

Made for the XB8 family, the XRAY 358225 Aluminum Rear Shock Body is built to improve handling where tracks get rough. CNC-machined from Swiss 7075 T6, these bodies combine low weight with strength to give consistent performance and accurate tuning options.

Precision Machining for Track Tuning

The XRAY 358225 design adds 2mm of length to enhance shock response on bumpy surfaces. With an outer diameter of 18.5mm and an inner diameter of 16.0mm, these big-bore units are engineered for better damping and vehicle stability. External fine threading lets you dial in spring preload precisely for different track conditions and driving styles.

Durable Finish and Factory Quality

Each shock body is produced on high-precision German CNC equipment to tight tolerances, ensuring consistent fit and function. The hardcoating is applied in XRAY's robotic facility to create a titanium-colored, wear-resistant surface that helps resist abrasion and keeps the shocks looking sharp.

Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
They are made to match XB8 geometry and will replace standard rear shock bodies without major chassis modifications. Check your shock shaft length to confirm final ride height.
The hardcoating increases surface hardness to reduce wear from seals and shafts, while the titanium color helps hide light scratches and keeps a consistent look.
You may prefer slightly stiffer spring rates depending on track roughness and driving style since the larger bore can change damping feel. Test a couple of spring options to dial in balance.
