RC builders seeking precise suspension control will appreciate the XRAY 358057-K 3-in-1 Adjustable Aluminum Shock Caps. Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, these caps let you alter damping behaviour to suit different driving styles and track surfaces.

Selectable Damping Modes

The cap design supports three assembly choices: Emulsion, Rebound, and Zero Rebound. Each mode tailors shock response to specific track demands:

  • Emulsion Configuration: Oil and air work together with an O-ring seal to boost traction across mixed surfaces; a solid baseline for general track use.
  • Rebound Configuration: A cell membrane increases rebound for low-grip or flat, slick surfaces where extra recovery helps maintain control.
  • Zero Rebound Configuration: A ribbed membrane removes rebound to keep the wheelsettled on very rough or highly bumpy tracks.
