Smooth, Precise Gear Action

Every piece in this differential assembly is manufactured with tight tolerances. The rubber-sealed composite housings include steel inserts that are manually ground for an exact fit to eliminate play and vibration. Internal gears are pressed steel, then heat-treated and machined to deliver consistent, smooth operation.

Strength with Reduced Rotating Mass

The large 46T external bevel gear is precision-machined from HUDY Steel for dimensional accuracy. Diff outdrives are made from HUDY Spring Steel and lightened to cut rotating weight, improving handling without sacrificing toughness.
