Race-Tuned Chassis Layout for XB8E

The XRAY 351109 XB8E Aluminum Chassis is engineered to improve handling and durability for electric off-road setups. Made from Swiss 7075 T6 at 3mm thickness, it delivers a strong, consistent platform suited to competitive use.

Manufacturing Precision and Alloy Choice

CNC milled from premium 7075 T6, the chassis removes material from low-load zones to trim weight while keeping core stiffness. A hard-coated anodized finish adds wear resistance, and the centralised mass layout helps with predictable cornering and stability.

Racing-Oriented Additions and Notes

Features such as countersunk underside screw holes create a flatter base to reduce snags and drag, and a reinforced downstop set screw area improves longevity under stress. Minor cosmetic cracks around openings can appear after hard coating and do not impair performance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Surface cracks are typically cosmetic from the hard-coating stage and do not reduce structural integrity or on-track performance.
This chassis is made specifically for the XB8E layout; check mounting points and electronics clearance before attempting to adapt it to other XB8 versions.
After fitting, recheck ride height, weight distribution and screw torque. Small adjustments to battery position and shock preload will help dial in balance.
