Precision CNC Aluminum Chassis for XB808

The XRAY 351103 XB808 Aluminum Chassis is CNC machined from Swiss 7075 T6 alloy, delivering a sturdy yet lightweight base that sharpens agility on rough circuits. This 3mm platform balances strength and weight for consistent lap-to-lap handling.

Design Focused on Track Performance

The long chassis is milled with targeted material removal in low stress zones to shave grams without losing integrity. XRAY's robotic hardcoating process creates a tough finish, and the countersunk fastener holes produce a flat underside that reduces hangups during rough landings.

Better Balance and On-Track Stability

Extra chassis length improves straight line stability and steadies jumps, while the layout moves mass toward the centreline to enhance side-to-side balance for smoother cornering over uneven terrain.

About Material Traits

Swiss 7075 T6 is a high stiffness alloy; the hardcoat may show fine surface fissures that are cosmetic and do not compromise fatigue life. Minor longitudinal curvature can appear after machining and is considered normal within manufacturing tolerances.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
This chassis is made for the XB808 family; some older or modified frames may need minor adjustments for exact fit. Check mounting points before final installation.
Minor surface fissures from hardcoating are typically cosmetic and do not affect structural strength or on-track durability.
Try moving weight slightly rearward and fine tune spring rates to balance the increased stability with desired steering response on your chosen surface.
