Will these work on older GTX models?

They are made for GTX 2023 geometry but can fit older GTX cars if the anti-roll bar wire is 2.4mm or 2.6mm diameter.

Do I need special tools to fit them?

No special tools are required beyond a small hex driver to tighten the included set screws.

Can I use them on both front and rear bars?

Yes, the collars are intended to minimise play on both front and rear anti-roll bars where the wire diameter matches.
