Stiffen Your XRAY RX8.3 Rear Suspension with 7075 Upgrades

The XRAY 343197 aluminum extension fits the rear lower suspension arms of the RX8.3 range and is built to add strength where you need it most. This part gives racers a solid aluminium option to reduce flex and keep handling consistent during aggressive laps.

High-Strength 7075 Construction

Manufactured from 7075 T6 aluminum, these extensions deliver greater fatigue resistance than stock composite pieces. The durable black finish helps resist abrasion and keeps the part looking serviceable after multiple race days.

Fitment and Mounting

Designed for use with XRAY composite rear arms #343111, #343112, and #343113, the piece lines up with the updated shock mounting points and revised suspension pivot locations for a straightforward install that integrates into existing setups.

Specifications

  • Material: 7075 T6 Aluminum
  • Coating: Black
  • Compatibility: XRAY RX8.3 Series

A practical upgrade for drivers wanting to tighten rear response and increase the service life of their XRAY RX8.3 under racing conditions.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
You only need the XRAY 343197 and the matching composite rear arm (#343111, #343112 or #343113). Standard RC hand tools are enough to complete the swap.
The extension repositions shock mounting options to match the revised pivot locations. Geometry changes are subtle and aimed at improving stability rather than radically altering handling.
Keep the mounting area clean and lightly lubricate pins. Inspect fasteners after a few runs and replace any worn hardware to prevent fretting against the aluminium surface.
