Front suspension refinement with XRAY 342027

The XRAY 342027 Swiss 7075 T6 Aluminum Lower Bulkhead Front Left is built to improve the RX8E 2023 front-end behaviour. This precision part integrates the upper shock mount into the bulkhead so you do not need a separate shock tower. That streamlined layout reduces assembly steps and, with the supplied cross brace, gives an extra adjustment point to tune front flex for different track types.

High grade construction and finish

Machined from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum to tight tolerances, the bulkhead offers a lightweight yet strong mounting point for the front suspension. The black coated finish protects against abrasion while keeping a clean appearance. These material choices help the component resist wear from competitive use and provide a dependable upgrade for racers wanting better handling and consistency.

Remark :

With the upper shock mount built into the bulkhead you remove the separate shock tower, which changes shock angle and mount height options. This simplifies setup while letting you fine tune the front geometry via the cross brace.
Most RX8E 2023 shock assemblies and standard mounting hardware are compatible, but check clearance and shock length before final assembly to ensure proper ride height and travel.
Basic hand tools like hex drivers, a torque driver and thread locker for steel screws are useful. A clean workbench and reference to the RX8E 2023 assembly notes will make installation straightforward.
