CNC Chassis Built for Track Precision

The XRAY 341108 chassis is a carefully machined 5mm platform designed to sharpen the on-track performance of the RX8E 2023. Made from Swiss 7075 T6 aluminum, it balances rigidity with light weight to improve durability without adding unnecessary mass.

Cutouts and Flow Designed for Better Control

Strategically placed openings in the plate tune flex characteristics while allowing airflow for component cooling. A large cutout under the servo and radio box enables very low mounting, which helps lower the centre of gravity and adds stability through fast corners.

Accurate Mounting and Smooth Underside

All mounting points are machined for precise alignment, including bulkhead slots, arm mount recesses, radio plate positions and the front layshaft support. Chamfered outer edges and countersunk screw holes give a clean lower surface to reduce snags and maximise cornering clearance.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Swiss 7075 T6 provides a high strength to weight ratio, offering a robust base that resists flex where you do not want it while keeping overall weight low.
Yes. The cutouts and low servo/radio position alter the chassis flex and lower the centre of gravity, which typically results in a more stable and predictable corner entry.
Check alignment of bulkheads and arm mounts during assembly, use proper torque on countersunk screws, and verify servo mounting height to take full advantage of the low radio box cutout.
