Setup tuning for NT1'16 using the XRAY 338721 brass mount

The XRAY 338721 Brass 1-Piece Engine Mount brings added mass and stiffness to the NT1'16 chassis to help refine handling on higher grip tracks. Machined from solid brass, this mount increases rigidity while helping redistribute weight rearward for clearer rotation and steadier corner entry.

Brass advantages for balance and durability

Brass offers a durable, dense option that shifts the car's centre of gravity rearwards to assist with rotation and mid-corner grip. The monoblock construction secures the engine and reduces flex, helping to lower vibration and maintain consistent performance lap after lap.

Optimised for medium to high traction surfaces

On tracks where traction is plentiful, the XRAY brass mount adds the stiffness standard mounts may lack, improving stability under acceleration and braking. Drivers will notice more predictable behaviour when pushing the NT1'16 in tight or technical sections.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
Adding brass increases rearward mass which can alter rotation and how the car settles under power, but it does not change engine output. Expect a firmer, more planted response when exiting corners.
This mount is optimised for medium to high traction. On low grip surfaces the extra weight may reduce front-end bite, so consider softer setup adjustments if you try it on slick tracks.
Ensure fasteners are torqued evenly and the engine is seated flush in the monoblock. Check motor mounts and coupling alignment to minimise vibration and keep temperatures in check.
