Robust 24T 7075 T6 Pinion for XRAY NT1

Made to suit the XRAY NT1, the XRAY 338524 24T pinion uses 7075 T6 aluminum to deliver a strong yet lightweight drivetrain component. Its hardcoated surface helps resist wear during frequent track sessions.

Accurate Tooth Profile for Smooth Power Delivery

Produced on precision equipment, each tooth is cut to tight tolerances to reduce lash and vibration. That precision improves engagement and steadies the car at higher speeds.

Simple Fitment and Clear Gear Marking

Internal fine threads accept XCA clutchbells without fuss, while the etched tooth count makes quick gear changes straightforward when tuning ratios for different tracks.

Remark :
Due to limited stock availability, please notice that some XRAY items may have to order from the factory and the ready time is around 4-6 weeks. Customer purchases the item is assumed to accept the waiting time which allows us to order directly from the manufacturer if the item is out of our warehouse.
It is optimised for the XRAY NT1 but may fit other models that use the same clutchbell dimensions and shaft interface; always check diameter and thread spec before fitting.
Wipe the gear after each run to remove grit, check for chips at the teeth tips, and ensure no excessive wear shows on mating surfaces to preserve the hardcoat.
Use a standard paper method to get a small clearance at the tooth root, tighten the clutchbell securely, and recheck after a short test run to confirm no binding.
